So how’d you get into two-wheeled shenanigans?
I grew up riding dirt bikes with my Dad and always dreamed of being like Chad Reed when I grew up. Once my Dad stopped paying for the repairs, gas and everything else, my dirt bike days ended and I started mountain biking. I grew up right down the street from Kyle Ebbett, who has a sick backyard full of jumps. I spent a lot of time riding, digging, and crashing in his yard. I have a lot of good memories from Ebbett’s yard, I’d like to thank Donna and Kyle for letting me spend so much time at their house!
Who or what influences your style?
I would have to say Ryan Howard (R dog) influences my style. I think it’s more entertaining to watch someone who can ride smooth rather than someone who looks like a robot on a bike.
Whatcha got cookin’ for the future?
Right now my main focus is to graduate from College. I hope to venture out west when I get older, either California or Colorado. From my experience I can’t predict the future, things are just going to happen that I can’t control. The only thing I know will happen is I’m going to keep building jumps and having a good time riding.
