Ali at Mont Sainte Anne – Day One

Erik Timmerman checks in with Ali Zimmer’s progress up at the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup in Mont Sainte Anne, Quebec.

“Ali had a good day. It rained hard all night and sprinkled in the morning. Ali felt good on the track which is very high speed in some places, soft and slow in the newly built parts, greasy in the woods and has big jumps. Basically, it’s the whole package. There are only 20 women here so tomorrow is a seeding run and not a qualifier. She will go through to Sunday for sure!”
