There is simply no better way to cap off an epic MTB season than with the Stowe Mountain Bike Club’s Leaf Blower Fall Classic, aka #bestdayoftheyear. For 2016 we’re partnering with our friends at MTBVT.com to make the Leaf Blower even better! We’re also working with the Lamoille County Food Share program to help raise some much needed food donations for those in need.
The marquee event will be the group rides for all abilities that tackle some of the northeast’s best terrain and afford some of Vermont’s best views. The on-trail snack stops (packed with goodies from a host of local supporters) have achieved near-legendary status so no worries on bonking. And after you’ve gotten your share of single track, adjourn back to homebase for a cook out, a few local brews, and the requisite telling of tall tales around the camp fire. Your registration fee covers all this and more (free Leaf Blower socks to all pre-registrants while supplies last!).
This day literally has something for everyone–even if you’re new to mountain biking, we’ll have clinics, kids rides, beginner rides, even some rec path cruisers. Proceeds from this event go straight back to building and maintaining Stowe’s trails so register early, rest those legs, and get ready for the best day of the year!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
This is an all ages event but of course, you must be 21 + to enjoy any of the craft beers on tap after your ride.
