Tom Malecha, an outdoor enthusiast living in Zurich, Switzerland, screened this video at the International Cycling Film Festival in Germany this year. It won the Audience Award for its excellent editing, beautiful footage and, most of all, for it’s message: “10 Things I’ve Learned About Mountain Biking.”
We here at MTBVT have learned a lot from mountain biking. For example, our enjoyment of beer is inversely proportional to the amount of time we spend on a computer; yet it’s directly proportional to the amount of mud on our faces after a ride. Which begs the question: what the $%#& are we doing here typing this?
